Guided Silent Sauna

This 2.0 hrs guided silent sauna session is for everyone who would like to go inward and prefers to be quiet whilst sitting in the sauna space.
Jen will guide you gently through your sauna session introducing silence and mindfulness to your usual sweat.
A wonderful opportunity to be “allowed” not to talk or socialise, just to listen, to be.
