Silent Disco Yoga On The Beach!

On July 2nd you can head down to the golden shores of Fistral Beach and soak yourself in tranquility.

Silent Disco Yoga involves practicing yoga whilst immersing yourself in music played through wireless headphones. The class is led by a yoga teacher who is talking into a wireless microphone and whose voice can be heard over the music in your headphones. You are guaranteed a peaceful and fulfilling experiance mentally and physically.

The session is £12pp and is open to beginners too!
